MEMBERSHIP & ORDERING FROM THE DI$COUNT SUPERSTORE

While it is possible to purchase from the DI$COUNT $UPERSTORE as a ‘guest’, we highly advise that you sign up for a membership count before placing an order and checking out. To sign up for membership, please click HERE.

Before making the decision to purchase from the DI$COUNT $UPERSTORE, please make sure you have read all details, checked all measurements and inspected all photos of your chosen item/s.  The quantity display has to be at either 1 or above for that specific item if it is in stock. If there are multiple sizes available, please select your size, and continue to your shopping cart by clicking the ‘OMG! BUY!’ button. This will then place the item in your cart. This will not however reserve your item as other customers, while browsing at the same time as you, will be able to place the same item in their cart too. The customer who checks out and pays first, gets to buy the item. If by chance, the system fails, and allows you to go through with payment for the item even though another customer has already paid for it, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Please read our order cancellation policy for more information.

PAYMENT POLICY

At this point, we are only accepting PAYPAL payments to a confirmed account. Paypal ensures the protection of both you as a buyer, and us as a seller. As all monetary transactions will be made through this system, DI$COUNT will not have access to any of your financial information.

DI$COUNT is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured under all circumstances. We will never pass on, sell, or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, and personalize your shopping experience with us – your information will be used for YOU only. As all payment transactions will be made via Paypal, your financial information will stay under the protection of the Paypal system.

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All Australian Postage will be sent using a registered post bag or box. This provides proof that the article was sent when lodged at the post office counter and proof that the article was received - a signature is obtained on delivery.   • Under 500g -- $10.00
  • 500g - 3kg -- $15.00
  • 3kg - 4kg -- $20.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Packages under 500g are sent via Air Mail unless requested otherwise. We do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of these items and will provide you with details and proof of posting.

Packages weighing between 500g and 2kg will be sent by Registered Post International unless otherwise requested. Registered Post means delivery will take between 3-10 working days depending on where it is being sent. Registered Post International gives customers signature on delivery, which shows that items have been posted and delivered. It uses a receipt at the lodgement point and proof of delivery.

Packages over 2kg will be sent Express Post International unless otherwise requested. The Express Post International (EPI) service offers customers priority handling, basic tracking and signature on delivery, with delivery between metropolitan areas of major cities within three to seven business days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

DI$COUNT cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs offices. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import duties and surcharges levied by destination countries are the sole responsibility of the customer. DI$COUNT cannot determine the amount, if any, that will be charged so please check with Customs in your country to ascertain any additional charges prior to purchase. Please be aware that this is a legal requirement out of our control. If you refuse to pay the customs of your country it will be returned to us at our expense and we will be forced to charge you the return fees from the refund of the original purchase price.
